Every year, Chevrolet puts together one of those “sentimental holiday” commercials. and I keep promising myself that they will not make me cry.
And they do every time.
Those commercials get me right in the feels.
To recap … here are the Chevrolet holiday commercials from the past few years. And each one grabs your emotions and just won’t let go.
Starring a 1966 Chevrolet Impala …
Starring a 1957 Chevrolet Nomad …
Here’s the 2023 commercial with a 1972 Chevrolet Suburban. This one is tough to watch – because it’s just so damn good.
This was last year’s commercial, starring a ’78 Chevrolet Silverado.
And they did it again this year. This is the 2025 Chevrolet holiday commercial, starring a generic family and a vintage 1987 Chevy Suburban. The fact that I can currently say “vintage 1987 Chevrolet Suburban” is not lost on me.
Yeah, I couldn’t make it through two minutes of any of these commercials without getting emotional. Damn it, Chevrolet, why do you have to reinforce my loyalty to your brand with commercials like this?
Okay … whoever’s making these commercials, we need to talk.
I will gladly volunteer my car – a beautiful, sturdy, well-loved 2017 Chevrolet Volt Premier – if you’ll make it the star of a 2026 holiday commercial.
Trust me. You won’t regret it. 😀
